Free Usage and Credits

NanoEditor provides one successful guest portrait and a 20-credit reward for a new Google account. Free guest usage and promotional credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

A D&D portrait currently costs 10 credits. When a paid account generation fails before a usable result is produced, the consumed credits should be returned automatically. A failed guest generation should leave the guest trial available.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription through the account billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access already provided for the current billing period is not automatically converted into a partial refund.

Refund Requests

Refund requests may be reviewed when:

• you were charged more than once for the same subscription period;
• a payment was completed but the purchased credits or subscription entitlement were not added;
• a confirmed technical error prevented use of the paid service and could not be corrected through credit restoration;
• applicable law requires a refund.

Refunds are not normally provided solely because a generated portrait did not match a personal artistic preference after the service produced a usable result. You should use the free generation path to evaluate the workflow before purchasing.

How to Request a Refund

Contact NanoEditor support with the account email, approximate payment date, and Stripe receipt or invoice reference. Do not send a full card number or other sensitive payment credentials.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on Stripe, the card network, and the issuing bank.

We may update this policy as the paid product and billing model develop. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
